The essentials for your first Ashclub session: light gear, clear prep, no wasted energy.
Your first Ashclub session should feel simple: arrive ready, move well, finish strong. Pack what matters and leave the rest behind.
1. Broken-In Running Shoes
You need shoes that fit well and already know your feet. If you are unsure, get a quick gait check at a sports store in Chennai.
2. Water
Chennai gets warm early. Carry at least 500ml, even on shorter routes.
3. Training Clothes
Choose light, sweat-ready fabric. Avoid cotton when the humidity climbs.
4. The Right Pace
Walk-run, steady jog, or faster effort. Start where you are and hold the line.
5. A Charged Phone
